We offer both phone and face-to-face bridal consultations to our clients. We believe that every individual has unique needs, and we strive to provide personalised support that meets those needs.

Custom Bespoke Order Process

When it comes to placing an order for our bespoke designs or custom-made dresses, whether it’s a wedding gown or an evening dress, rest assured that each garment is meticulously crafted from scratch, unless it’s part of our sample sale collection.

We prioritise personalised experiences, offering one-on-one consultations to delve deep into your unique preferences and explore all potential options available to you either if you have any inspiration or not. We will be able to provide a detailed proposal after the first meet.

During these consultations, you’ll have the opportunity to feel the fabric, select intricate details, access the sketches and actively participate in the dressmaking process, all while receiving expert guidance from our designers and stylists.

Additionally, we provide multiple high-standard fittings, typically ranging from 3 to 5 sessions, to ensure that every aspect of your desired look is achieved and that you are completely satisfied.

With the custom-made price range starts from $1800 and a well-known payment plan in place, our goal is to make the dressmaking journey truly enjoyable and also stress-free for you, ensuring that every step of the way is filled with excitement and satisfaction.

Rental Process

Step 1: CHOOSE YOUR DRESS

You can browse our online site, which has a huge range of rental dresses or come visit our store and pick a dress for a fraction of the retail price!

We want our brides to all have the opportunity to try on their favorite #emdress which has swept them off their feet. Hence, we suggest locking in your appointment as soon as possible.

All bookings can be made via the above Bridal Enquiry form or our Rental page.

Once an online booking is submitted, our team member will contact you to confirm your appointment.

Step 2: ONE ON ONE CONSULTATION

In this session, we’ll talk about your ideal gown, agree on details for alterations and process, and we offer you a quote. We couldn’t stock every size on each design unfortunately, however, we cater standard size 4 – 6, 8 – 10, 10 – 12, 14 – 16 for the particular design and provide minor alterations to ensure a perfect fit for your event.

Step 3: MEASUREMENT AND FITTING

We offer the measurement and fitting closer the date. Here, we’ll work closely with you to deliver the fine details of your dream dress – with just the right touches. You can pick up the dress 2 days prior the event day.

Our rental gowns range from $900 to $2000 for 5 days period. This includes dry cleaning before and after your wedding, plus minor alterations to have your gown looking great. For longer hiring period please inquire within.

Step 4: RETURN THE DRESS

Once you’ve worn the gown simply drop back to the store – we will take care of the dry cleaning for you so you can enjoy our newlywed bliss!

It’s JUST that simple! Please note:

There’s a bond security required when pick-up which is refundable when the dress has been returned

Please make allowance in your budget for these alterations:

  • Tough stains that required special cleaning/washing
  • Tears/scratches that required alterations/replacement
    Big damage or dress missing will cause the bond is non-refundable
    (Customers agree not to attempt to clean the dress, if the customer attempts to clean the dress and it results in permanent damage, additional costs may incur.)

Due to overwhelming demand from our cherished clients in the local area, we are thrilled to announce that we now offer professional alteration services for wedding dresses and evening gowns comes from different designers or boutiques, not to mention other types of attire including suit alterations! Our trusted expertise in custom-made garments ensures a perfect fit for your special occasion, or the 2nd better life for other types of garments.

How To Measure

Despite the distance that separates us, love knows no boundaries. Our brides hail from different parts of the world, and while we embrace distance purchases, we understand the importance of accurate measurements for a perfect fit, and providing your measurements is necessary for precise tailoring. To facilitate this process, we provide instructional videos to guide you through the precise measurement-taking procedure. This ensures that even in a long-distance relationship with your dream dress, nothing stands in the way of making it a reality.

You may want to wear form-fitted clothes and have your hair up while taking the measurements.

Caring for your precious gown

You finally said “YES” to the perfect dress, one of the most special garments you’ll ever wear – the one you will say “I do” in.

And it’s everything you have ever dreamt of – an exquisite gown with layers and layers of delicate fabrics and exotic trims all wrapped up in one stunning timeless style that flatters your figure.

Let’s take a few minutes to read through our ‘Care & Clean Guide’ to find out all the tips and tricks to making sure your beautiful dress lasts forever.

  • HANG your gown as high as possible when you get home, perhaps a doorframe. Leave in the bag to prevent dust or bugs from landing on your gown.
  • AVOID storing your bridal gown in the attic or basement where there are extreme changes in temperature or humidity as this may discolour your gown.
  • STEAM your gown ONLY if your gown needs it! If you can’t access to a clothing steamer, you can also use an iron with care. Please be sure to use a white, flat sheet of fabric as a protection between the clean sole plate of your iron and your gown. A low heat setting with no steam for chiffon and laces. Medium heat for satin and stretchy fabrics. Higher heat may be used on cotton and linen but must be done quickly and with the protecting cloth.
  • DRY CLEAN ONLY because your dress is so precious. On the big day, you will probably encounter many occurrences of drink spills, food, makeup or dirt (especially along the hem line). The best advice is to take it to a professional dry cleaner as soon after the Wedding Day as possible. This will enable the dry cleaner to treat such stains without extra hard work.

Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS:

We understand the importance of your big day and we want our brides to be 100% stress-free when ordering a gown from us.

We guarantee all of our dresses arrive exactly as they are described on our website. Therefore, we don’t offer refunds on just simply a change of heart or a wrong choice of size or colour.

When sending in your measurements, please ensure all the numbers are accurate; we are not responsible if the measurements you gave us is incorrect. If you plan to manage your weight, please email us for sizing recommendation.

If on a rare occassion you believe our products might be faulty or there is a misrepresentation of the product, you can return the item(s) back to us and we will examine to provide you the best solution. Please note: Customers are responsible for their postage fee when returning a product.

We do not accept refund or exchange on the deposit of rental service for any circumstances. Off-the-rack sale items, display items or items on promotions are all a final sale.

CANCELLATIONS:

We understand that sometimes a bride will CHANGE HER MIND before she receives her dress. If this is you, please remember that the production of your dress begins as soon as your deposit is paid. Please inquire within for further information as it comes to different solutions for case by case.
