The sketch usually takes 3-4 weeks to be finished after the deposit.
The dress order takes a minimum of 4 months to be finished but we also work with rush orders if your wedding date is not within this time span.
*Please attach the Quotation or Invoice number on the Reference space when making payment via Bank Transfer.
*Please keep the transaction or cash receipt and the signed Term and Conditions for your record.
**Addition cost is the cost excluded on the original quotation that might be considered such as alterations (out of the final design), dry clean service, veils, and accessories etc.
Sketches are imaginary products that describe the dress silhouette combined with lace motifs to express the spirit of the dress and the customer’s expectation. Sketches are usually in black and white, and the threading/lace design rate will vary due to the actual measurements of the customer’s figure. We do not completely guarantee the actual product will be like castings with drawings.
Since each person has a different body shape and size, customers should expect that there might be some acceptable differences between the research images provided and the actual finish product, or even our sample dress in-store that you based on to place an order.
FITTING AND ALTERATION
Customers need to commit at least 3 fitting stages to achieve the best result of the dress:
BASE – to achieve the right colour, dress length, fitment and how all the cut sit on the figure, the actual shoes required
DECORATION – to achieve the lace replacements, beading level, final confirmation shoes height
FINAL TOUCH – final adjustment with extra detailing
We offer all fitting and alteration for FREE following the final design has been agreed by the customer.
Any alteration request out of the final/agreed design would occur an additional charge which is payable on the last payment
SHOES – Height of the shoes is customers’ responsibility and must be determined on the first fitting. Changing the height of shoes or any related factors after the first fitting that might affect the dress length, an additional charge will be at customer’s cost.
PHOTO & PUBLICITY POLICY
At em Bridal Boutique we reserve the right to public our designs/dress photos using customers’ image provided, images are taken from fittings by us at our studio or customers’ place for advertising purposes.
Photographs will mostly use on our website www.embridalboutique.com.au – our social media channels such as Facebook or Instagram and our other advertising channels.
REPLACEMENT AND ALTERATION
If you believe that your dress or item contains a fault, or is not what you ordered either what the final design included, to be eligible for FREE replacement, alteration or refund, please contact us via:
Email your concerns to email@example.com or text to 0431 717 999 with your invoice number, photos and a detailed explanation of the fault or issue within 20 days of receiving the finished item; or

REFUND & CANCELLATION
As our wedding dresses are made/altered to order just for you, please work with our professional consultant (whether in-store or online) to choose your style dresses, colour and size carefully because we cannot offer any returns or exchange on bridal gowns, evening gowns or any sewing products in the unlikely case of significant manufacturing faults.
We understand that sometimes a bride will CHANGE HER MIND before she receives her dress. If this is you, please remember that production of your dress begins as soon as your deposit is paid, after which you can either:
A refund will only be offered in cases of major manufacturing faults, the existence will be determined at the discretion of our team, after a thorough assessment of your item.
For overdue orders to pick up & last pay within 15 business days, it is considered as em Bridal Boutique’s property and all previous payments are non-refundable.
